As a key member of our dynamic Labor and Employment Team, this position will provide expert legal guidance on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including employment litigation, collective bargaining agreements, defending public entities, workplace investigations, labor negotiations, workplace trainings, and contract disputes. You will also be involved in medical leave, wage and hour regulations, workplace misconduct, and employee separations, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive and strategic legal support across these diverse areas.
